RunWalk provides two independent timers for a healthier fitness program: running for a selected time followed by walking for a selected time. You can select vibrate and sound alerts to let you know when to change activities. Start your iPod playing and then start RunWalk. Select the type of alerts you want, the times for running and walking and get going.

• start nike+ or iPod app first, then RunWalk
• sleep mode is ok, but only when using nike+ or iPod App
