An Excellent Introduction to Phonics.Designed with guidance of phonics teachers, this app introduces phonics using animated alphabets!Step 1: Learn the phonetic sound of each letter.Step 2 (Read and Write): This section introduces reading the words by sounding out the letters. The app also animates and writes the letter with strokes in right order. The child can then trance over the letters. Correct tracing is shown in green and wrong tracing in red.The animated letters saying out the phonetic sound + tracing the word will help your child to learn to learn to spell fast. It will build a strong foundation of sounding out the letters ( a very crucial skill when beginning to read)Step 3 (Spell section): Drag the bubbles to their correct location to build the word shown in the picture. You can configure the app to float extra bubbles to keep your child from guessing. You can further checkmark the words your child can spell with confidence by touching the light checkmark on the frame. Touching it back will remove the checkmark. This will help you to focus on words that need practice and will also give you a count of words learnt so far.
